Eat one chocolate 10 minutes
BEFORE you eat, 3 times a day with an 8oz. glass of
water. This is a person who is 40 pounds or less over their
ideal body weight. If you are not sure you can go to ideal
body weight charts on line to confirm.
If you are a person who is 40 to
90 pounds over your ideal body weight, then you should eat 2
chocolates and 2 glasses of water BEFORE you eat 3 times a
day. You can also eat the chocolate at night to stop night
cravings and snacking.
If a person is morbidly obese
(defined as 100 pounds or greater above their ideal body weight)
then they should eat 3 chocolates with 3 glasses of water 10 minutes
BEFORE they eat 3 times a day. You cannot drink too
much water with the chocolates as it does not dilute the
effectiveness of the chocolates.
All chocolates should be taken before meals for weight
loss. If you desire to maintain your weight as it is then take
the chocolates after you eat.
Medication: If you are on a
prescription drug then you should take the prescription a half hour
before or a half hour after a chocolate as the chocolate is a
wonderful, natural detoxing agent to the body. It may
recognize the prescription as foreign and flush it out the
body.
Detoxification: Think for a moment how many
showers you have taken in your life so far… Now think of the amount
